HOW TO ORDER

- A minimum order amount maybe required.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value, some exclusions may apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- There is a minimum 20% restocking fee and $10 call tag fee on all returned products.
- No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All items returned for exchange must be in the original package, free of markings, and in a clean, resealable condition and unused in its entirely. If any pieces of a sku are missing or used, the sku as a whole is not returnable. To protect our customers, electronics of any type, or parts of electronics like vape pens or cartridges may not be returned for any reason. If you feel your item is defective please contact us.
- United Canna Supply will not accept items that have been used, abused, mishandled, worn or have any missing parts.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customized merchandise and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the products are defected or misprinted.
- The customer is responsible for all freight charges (to and from) for the returned items, including shipping costs.
- Return freight charges from refused and/or undeliverable shipments will be deducted from the total credit amount.
- There will be no cross shipping. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received.
- Please be aware that replacements are subject to availability.
- All returns and exchanges must follow the RMA procedures or will not be accepted. Please see RMA Procedures below for return merchandise instructions.
- Any returns that do not follow RMA procedures is subject to a $25 per case handling fee.
- Please contact our office to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returned items must be received within 10 business days of an RMA number being originally issued.
- A copy of the original packing list must be included with the return package.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
- United Canna Supply has the right to refuse the shipments of any returned products without an RMA number listed on the outside of the package, or any package is over 10 business days from the date the RMA number was originally assigned.
United Canna Supply encourages customers to use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for packages being stolen, lost in the mail, or damaged in transit.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) and Paypal on our online shopping cart. Please contact our office to make arrangements for any other payment method.
- For credit card payments, please make sure the card holder’s name, billing address, and zip code match exactly as listed on your credit cards billing address on file with your banking institution.
- Prepaid credit cards must have a registered billing address.
- All orders over $1,000.00 will be audited and proof of identification can be requested upon evaluation of the transaction in order to prevent fraud.

- United Canna Supply charges sales tax for non-resale items shipped within Massachusetts.
- We will gladly waive the sales tax for tax-exempt customers upon proof of tax exemption status.
- As legally mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, United Canna Supply is required by law to collect tax exemption permits (i.e food and/or reseller) at the point of sale to qualify for any tax exemption.
- If your business qualifies as tax exempt, please register a account online and email your resellers certificate to email@example.com BEFORE purchasing online to have a representative create an online tax exempt account.
FREE SHIPPING PROMO DISCLAIMER
To qualify for our Free Shipping promotion, your STOCK order of eligible products must meet the minimum order requirement or more prior to sales tax and exclude shipping and handling. Free shipping excludes any other promotions. Please make sure the Free Shipping option is selected during checkout. All orders using Free Shipping will be shipped via "best way" by UCS. This offer only applies to orders shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all offshore United States territories).
Due to the high cost of shipping low margin packaging supplies, not all products and geographic regions are eligible. Currently midwestern states are excluded from this promotion. This offer applies to most STOCK items EXCEPT Sealers, Vacuum Sealers, Machinery, Equipment, Custom, and Custom Printed items and other select items. Not valid on previous purchases. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless stated otherwise. For any returns, please see our Returns & Exchange policy. We expect to offer this shipping special for a limited time and may withdraw it anytime at our discretion without advance notice.

SHIPPING DELAY DUE TO COVID-19: The novel Corona virus and various countries of supply shutting down has disrupted our normal shipping time. Please allow 48 hours to ship your order. Most Orders Continue to ship within 12 business hours.
- Please note: UCS may ship from any of our shipping locations depending on stock, your shipping time may vary because of this.
- Free Shipping Promotions Do Not Include Lift Gate Service or residential deliveries for orders shipped via "Freight".
- Shipping is prepaid unless otherwise stated.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding major holidays.
- All orders will receive a confirmation.
- All shipments will be carefully checked prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- United Canna Supply will ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Please contact our office if an alternate shipping method is required.
- All international shipments will require a broker in place for receipt of the product and with the exception of Canada must be paid by wire transfer. Tax and duties are the customers’ obligation and are not included in our transaction fees or order process.
At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or select national holidays.
